Janice Lee Hartman, 74, of Milford, died May 6, 2011.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur W. Hartman.
Survivors include her children, Chuck, Mary Jean, Bill; grandchildren Matt, Travis, Carley, Hannah Hartman; siblings Gloria Berger, Joyce Owens, Donna Walter.
Services May 10 at Evans Funeral Home, Milford.
