Eunice L. Ott, 79, of Mt. Orab died Monday, Sept. 6, 2010 in Portsmouth. She was born August 26, 1931.

She was the editor for the Brown County Press for over 30 years and a former member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.

Ott was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Ott, parents Julius P. and Anna Elizabeth Long, and brother Paul Long.

She is survived by her son Floyd Nolan Ott, of Arvada, Colo., grandchildren Jordan Ott, and Morgan Ott, sisters Rosie (Richard) Riley, of Mt. Orab, and Lenora Long, of Mt. Orab, close friend Roger Crabtree, of Jackson, and four nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 13, 2010 at Megie Funeral Home, Mt. Orab. Interment Green Township Cemetery, Mt. Orab.
