Loys Gene Jones, 78, of Batavia died June 9, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood, Ky.
He was an operating engineer for the Kokosing Corporation.
Jones was preceded in death by his sone Gary Jones and siblings Howard and Harold Jones and Josale Burchett.
He is survived by his former wife Roselline Blevins Jones, children Sandra West, Sheila Patrick, Nancy Fender, Beverly Jones, and Deborah Greiner, nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and siblings Glenna Hendricks, Shirley Sears, Rosina Waters, Anna Jones, and Brad Jones.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Evans Funeral Home, Goshen. Interment Goshen Cemetery.
