Michelle Elam Stewart, 35, formerly of Amelia, died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010. She was born June 8, 1974.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Stewart; one step son, Gage Stewart; her parents, Linda and Jerry Brooks and Bill and Cindy Elam; her grandparents, Pauline Elam, Elvira and Clarence Reeves; her in-laws, Dennis and Barbara Stewart and Christine Stewart; siblings, Stacey Sackenheim, Billie Kay Elam, Taylor Elam and Lara Arthur; nephew and godson, Jackson Sackenheim and numerous aunts and uncles.
A memorial gathering was held Feb. 28 at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia.
