William “Bill” Flick Sr., 89, of Amelia, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009. He was born Feb. 21, 1920.
He was a veteran of World War II.
Mr. Flick was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Brown Flick; one son, Don Flick; one brother, Robert Flick and a granddaughter, Christine.
He is survived by his wife, Emma Sue Flick; two children, Bill Jr. and Jackie; five grandchildren, Tina, Kurk, Billy Jean, Patty and Denny; eight great grandchildren and two step sons, Steve and Mike Franklin.
Funeral services were held Dec. 4 at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia.
Interment at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
