Gary Wayne Thompson, 63, of Ormond Beach, Fla., died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009.
He is survived by one daughter, Melissa Ann (Mark) Unger; his parents, Sudie and Carl Thompson; one brother, Michael (Dottie) Thompson; one sister, Sharon (David) Bass and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sept. 29, at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia.
