Clermont County’s two high school varsity girls golf teams have begun their respective seasons.
Milford was eighth among 17 teams at the Fairfield Invitational that took place on the South Trace of the Fairfield Greens. Mason was the tournament champion with a total of 300 strokes and the Red and White shot 357.
The eight-team Fort Ancient Valley Conference Preseason Shootout Tournament was won by Kings’ Knights with a total of 352 strokes. Glen Este was eighth with a 540. Milford did not compete.
