Chris Gorman, Glen Este High School senior, has signed a letter-of-intent to attend the University of Akron. He plans to become a member of the track team.
Gorman competed in boys soccer four years at GEHE (lettering in three), cross country two years (one letter) and track and field four years (four varsity letters). He was a Fort Ancient Valley Conference (FAVC) Buckeye Division all-star in soccer and track and his hard work in the classroom earned him FAVC scholar-athlete recognition.
At Akron, he plans to major in mechanical engineering.
