Glen Este High School senior Brandon Fuller has signed a letter-of-intent to attend Mount Vernon Nazarene College (Mt. Vernon, Ohio). He plans to play baseball, but is as yet undecided about what will be his major course of study.

At Glen Este, Fuller earned three letters in the four seasons he was a member of the Trojans’ baseball program and played basketball for two years. He was a Buckeye Division diamond all-star in the Fort Ancient Valley Conference.

Two baseball games from his last prep campaign stand out in his mind as highlights of his sports career.

“I pitched the sectional championship game we won against Sycamore. I threw a complete game and gave up four hits and struck out seven. I had a double…winning the district champinoship game this year against Springboro was great.”

A trio of individuals are of great importance to Fuller.

“My parents (Chris and Vicki) put in a lot of time with school and helping me with scholarships and going with my traveling (baseball) team…(Glen Este head baseball coach) Mike Hatfield helped me with school and with baseball.”
