Shirley F. Goodwin, 69, of Williamsburg, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009, in Cincinnati. She was born Nov. 29, 1939 in McCreary County, Ky., the daughter of Leonard and Juanita (Voiles) Daugherty.
Mrs. Goodwin worked at the Walmart in Eastgate.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Barbara Daugherty and four brothers, Floyd, Ray, Carrol and Clyde Daugherty.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Goodwin; one daughter, Kathy Sue (Pete) Degenstein of Wyoming; two grandchildren, Marianne and Jeremy Degenstein of Wyoming; two great grandchildren; one brother, James Daugherty of Camby, Ind. and one sister, Bonnie Edwards of Mooresville, Ind.
Funeral services were held Aug. 12 at Cedars of Lebanon Chapel Memorial Mausoleum, Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum in Cincinnati.
Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum.
