A wanted felon is on the run on foot in Clermont County following a road stop on state Route 52 outside the village of Neville.

At approximately 2:35 p.m. Aug. 6, a Clermont County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.

There were two men and two women in the vehicle.

The deputy was notified by communications operators that the two men had active warrants on file. The deputy called for assistance and a canine unit after the passenger, Eric Clemons Jr., of 5638 Kirby Ave, Cincinnati, fled the scene on foot and ran toward the Ohio River.

Deputies are searching for Clermons, who has an open felony warrant for aggravated robbery in Butler County, Ohio. Clemons is black, 24-years-old, is 6’8″ and 210 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black boots, and no shirt. He has two tatoos on his chest.

The driver, Samuel Holmes, 30, was found to have an arrest warrant for possession of marijuana from Portsmouth.
