Shirley Jean Smith, 64, of Jackson Township, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009, in Williamsburg.
Mrs. Smith worked as a tax preparer for Werner Tax Service.
She was preceded in death by her parents Walter Fry and Doris Marshall.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lee Smith; one son, Scott (Shelly) Smith; one daughter, Becky (David) Fritz; two grandchildren, Katie and Austin Fritz; one brother, Larry Fry and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held May 2, at Newtonsville United Methodist Church.
Interment at Plainview Cemetery, in Newtonsville.
