A Milford couple, John Foster, 26, and Samantha Smith, 25, have each been indicted by the Clermont County Grand Jury on one count of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of endangering children. The charges are the result of the death of their infant daughter, Caroline, 11 days old.
The couple were arrested March 12 and both are currently in the Clermont County Jail.
The infant died at Bethesda North Hospital after rescuers were dispatched to the home by Smith on Dec. 20, 2008.
