The Pierce Township Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a suspect in several recent child enticement reports. The suspect is described as a white male, 40-50 years of age, bald, and wearing thick, black rimmed glasses.

In recent weeks, there have been three reports of suspicious activity. On Feb. 20, in the 1100 block of Hunter’s Run, a 12-year-old girl reported an older light grey van following her as she walked down the street with her dog. The vehicle may have had Ohio Bicentennial license plates and had rust on the bottom of the van. The windows were tinted and there were no side windows.

The second incident occurred on Feb. 23, again on Hunter’s Run. A child getting off a school bus observed a white van with rust and the presence of the van made him feel uncomfortable; he immediately ran home.
