An empty bench in Clermont County Common Pleas Court was filled Friday, Feb. 27 by Judge W. Kenneth Zuk.

Judge Zuk was appointed by Governor Ted Strickland on Feb. 25 to fill the seat left vacant when Judge Robert Ringland was elected to the 12th District Court of Appeals.

Zuk has a history with Clermont County courts, having served as a judge in 1987 and being elected to a six-year term in 1990. He is also currently serving as assistant prosecutor for Clermont County.
