Customers of the Clermont County Water and Sewer Department will notice an increase to their 2009 water and sewer bills.
In 2007, Clermont County Commissioners approved rate increases of 4 percent for water and 5 percent for sewer as part of a funding plan.The additional funds generated by this hike will pay for increased costs related to utilities, chemicals and services necessary to operate the systems along with planned infrastructure replacements.
