Robert P. Ringland is the first judge from Clermont County to ever be elected to the 12th District Court of Appeals.
Defeating his opponent Bruce Carter in the Nov. 4 election, Clermont County Common Pleas Court Judge Ringland will take his seat on the 12th District Court of Appeals in Middletown Jan. 1.
“I am exhilarated,” Ringland said. “I am looking forward to this new challenge and I cannot wait to get started.”
