Joseph E. Schultz, 85, of Amelia, died June 5, 2008. He was the retired owner of the Amelia Poultry Farm and a WWII Merchant Marine veteran.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Irene Laumann and Rita Nurre.
He is survived by wife, Carrie (nee Johnston) Schultz; daughters, Mary Jo (Fritz) Bazeley and Donna (Rich) Schultz; grandchildren, Odin (Ashley), Joseph (Jennifer), and Jessica and Charles Bazeley.
Funeral services were held June 14 at the St. Bernadette Church in Amelia. Interment followed at the Guardian Angel Cemetery.
