Pat Hill, New Richmond and Clermont County sports legend, will be retiring at the conclusion of this school year. Her illustrious career spanned 36 years, the last 10 as athletic director.

She was the second female athletic director in Clermont County high school sports history following Mary Tiberghein (now Johnson) at Clermont Northeastern High School.

She is a 1968 graduate of Grady High School in Atlanta, Ga., where she was active in sports as a member of the basketball, track, softball and tennis teams and was a cheerleader.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in health and physical education at Georgetown (Ky.) College from where she graduated in 1972. She was a member of the Tigers’ track team and was a cheerleader.
