Stonelick Township resident John Stroop has been charged with driving under the influence for the 13th time.

Stroop, 60, was pulled over in a 1996 pickup truck and arrested by a Clermont County deputy sheriff in Stonelick Township April 5.

The Dodge Dakota truck was last registered to Union Township resident Shaun Baker, whose license tags had been expired since 2005, according to the police arrest report.

Stroop registered a blood-alcohol-content limit of .102; the legal limit in the state of Ohio is .08.
