More than 200 people helped the Amelia Public Library celebrate its 20th anniversary April 5.

For two hours last Saturday, the public was invited to the library to celebrate 20 years of service to the community.

“We are very excited to do this for our community,” said branch manager Chris Wick. “It is our way of giving back and thanking them for their support over the last two decades.”

The Amelia Public Library, which opened in March 1988 and is the third busiest branch of the Clermont County Public Library System, has a collection of 76,910 items.
