Three Milford freshmen are facing charges in relation to an incident described as bullying, in which some sort of sexual behavior is alleged.

Last week, three members of the Milford freshman basketball team allegedly committed some sort of assault on a fourth member of the team after the last game of the season. Clermont County assistant prosecutor Woody Breyer said that some charges have been levied against the teens, but that they are under review to determine if any changes or additional charges need to be made.

“We’re still trying to get all the facts together to determine what the appropriate charges are,” said Breyer. “I believe the police charged some combination of sexual imposition, unlawful restraint and assault, and those are in the ballpark. The sexual imposition charge is under review.”

According to reports, the three teens allegedly held a fourth down and forced some sort of sexual contact. Officials are not commenting on the extent of the contact involved. However, the three students have been brought under review by the school, but releasing the terms of their punishment is against state policy. Dr. Robert Farrell, superintendent of Milford schools, said that the incident is still under investigation.
