A Goshen man has been indicted on 12 sex-related counts involving minors.

Amiel Collins, 42, was arrested by Goshen police Sept. 12 after a concerned mother living at the Lakeshore Estates mobile home park located off state Route 28 returned home from work to discover Collins hiding inside her 13 year-old son’s bedroom closet.

Since then, 12 children have come forward and given testimony at grand jury proceedings that were held last week. Collins is being held at the Clermont County Detention Center in lieu of $250,000 bail.

Collins has been indicted on four counts of illegal sexual conduct with minors, two counts of soliciting, and one count each of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, sexual imposition, rape, sexual battery, and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
