A Hamilton County man was recently sentenced to several lifetimes in prison for the rape of his young stepson. Norman Houston, 40, was charged with four counts of raping the 12-year-old boy with force, which gained the man a stiff penalty from Judge Robert Ringland of the Clermont County Common Pleas Court.
According to the court, Judge Ringland gave Houston a sentence of four consecutive life sentences for his actions. Evidence in the case was presented through testimony from the victim and medical evidence from a medical examiner at Children’s Hospital.
