Doris Maddux, 76, of Amelia, died May 19.
She was preceded in death by grandson Travis Woods.
She is survived by husband, David Maddux; daughter, Diane Massey; son, Jerry Woods; grandchildren, Angel Brewer and David Massey; great-grandchildren, BettyJean and Shehann Brewer; brothers, Arliss, Elmer, and Leonard Burton; sisters, Geneva Steele and Patsy Messer; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held May 23 at the E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Burial followed at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
