Frances L. Osborne, 90, of Milford, died Dec. 9, 2006.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Judge M. Dale Osborne.
She is survived by daughter, Myrna Gale Hixson.
Funeral services were held Dec. 15 at the Craver-Riggs Funeral Home in Milford. Interment followed at the Edenton Cemetery.
