Joseph Ray Arp, 64, of Goshen, died Aug. 26, 2006. He was a self-employed automotive repairman.
Funeral services were held Aug. 29 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Burial followed at the Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford.
