Alvin Keith Shaffer, 62, of Sardinia, died April 29. He was a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his father Archie.
He is survived by companion, Cathy; mother, Ida Mae; brothers, Rodney and James; daughters, Cheryl and Jody; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held May 2 at the Goshen Evans Funeral Home.
Burial followed at the Murdock Cemetery in Hamilton Township.
