Nearly 500 area 4-H members, ranging in age from 5-19, descended on the Clermont County Fairgrounds to participate in general projects judging July 8-9. The 4-Hers typically spend months working on their projects, which are evaluated by adults with some expertise in the subject area.

The 4-H program is a youth development program that provides learning experiences and opportunities for youth which are designed to help them reach their full potential. One of the ways 4-H members gain experience is by completing the life skills projects.
