Batavia village association sponsoring an open house Event to provide opportunity to showcase properties

The Village Association of Batavia is sponsoring an Open House in the village June 1.
The Open House, which will take place from 1 - 3 p.m. Sunday, June 1 is a chance for residential and business owners to show the public their properties that are available for sale or for rent.
The association will provide newspaper announcements, promotional event flyers, and maps with the locations of open properties.
Those participating will be responsible for providing the properties for sale or rent, and their own open house and directional signs, and any company advertising.
There is a $15 participation fee for a first property, and a $10 fee for any more properties wishing to participate in the open house.
Make checks payable to the Village Association of Batavia, in care of event promoter Barb Carney, 76 South Second Street, Batavia, Ohio, 45103.
